playerskart outsources its delivery and has tie ups with reliable courier services that provide reliable services to all our customers. 
 
playerskart delivers its products within 2-8 working days after an order is placed, unless notified otherwise. The products are dispatched within one working day of the order, unless notified otherwise. For more details, you can reach our proficient customer care center. 
 
In case the products delivered are not in the required condition, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel. You can also inform the same by writing to us at help@playerskart.in.
 
Our representatives will get back to you within 24 working hours to resolve your grievances.
 
Refund and Cancellation
 
You can cancel your order before the shipment leaves our facility at no cost. 

1. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. To ensure double assurance, a member of our team will also may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours to confirm your order details.

Please ensure that your contact number is correct at checkout. Orders will not be processed or shipped until confirmation is received via call or WhatsApp.

2. Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery
Shipping times vary based on your location:

Domestic Orders: 2–8 business days

International Orders: 7–14 business days (customs may cause delays)

4. Shipping Charges
playerskart.in provides free shipping on all orders above Rs 500 across India covering most of the PIN codes.

5. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment at any time using the provided link.

6. Address Issues
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address before confirming the order.

7. Delays
Delays may occur due to high demand, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public holidays). We will notify you of any such changes promptly.
